Conventional Frame
Conventional construction is the process of utilizing traditional techniques of carpentry. This typically utilizes dimensional lumber assembled at the job site by experienced carpenters and includes custom cutting the walls, roof, decking, etc. Architects or designers typically design this type of construction and materials are purchased from local lumber suppliers. Many of these type floor plans may be selected from designers and ordered at a reasonable price since many of the plans have previously been used in fast growing subdivisions. The process may also be applied to total custom design for particular client's needs or interest.
